List2Mail Template for SEBLOD 1.0.4

It can be used on its own, or with a SEBLOD List field assigned to the Search Form of a main List.

Starting with SEBLOD List 1.4.0, restrictions can be applied to a SEBLOD List field, and so a radio field (Yes/No) could be given to end-users to enable/disable the email notification (using a SEBLOD Field restriction).
