Step 1: Create a new staging envinronment, which is perfectly matched to your existing site and sits 'on top' of your site.

Step 2: Make all the changes you like on the staging environment, without any change affecting the live site.

Step 3: If you want to show your client a new feature or some work you've done, so they (or their legal team) can sign off the new content, simply show them the staging environment.

Step 4: When you're happy with the changes, simply click a single 'Sync with Live' button to sync the staging and live sites, and make all your changes live!

does not work on a localhost! Stucked by 42% while deploying files! Tried all settings, but no way! Also on life server it always gives error messages, saying "Error displaying the error page: The file Cache Storage is not supported on this platform.: The file Cache Storage is not supported on this platform.". Tried all trouble shooting steps in the documentation, and set permissions to 0777. Somehow, it's a kind of useless peace of grab! :sad: !

Hi, we tested it on localhost with joomla 3.6.5 and php 5.6.25 and it worked successfully and completed 100% .

Hi, Just tried installing this. no luck on local or live servers. Joomla 3.8.7, PHP7.0.23 Message from joomla:

Warning
JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist D:\Sales_website\wamp64\www\Megadeal2\tmp\install_5be946380673a\pkg_stageit_enterprise\install_5be946382da2b\stageit.pdf
Component Install: Failed to copy administrator files.
Package Install: There was an error installing an extension: com_stageit.zip
